Stravelle responded to my emails
Edit-I received a reply to my email and Stravelle have refunded me. Once they contacted me their customer service was great. I bought these straighteners at the end of September and despite using them at less than the heat of my GHDs they have heat damaged and broken my hair. My hairdresser asked me what I was doing differently, as she had never seen this damage before. The straighteners are to blame. I emailed Stravelle, who promise to reply in 24 hours. They have not done so. This is clearly a scam company as others have noted. I am well within the 90 days but there is zero response to emails. Will they reply to this review it appears unlikely.
