STOP GUYS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE QUALITY IS CHEAP AND DISGUSTING BASED IN CHINA TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR MY DRESS TO COME IT WAS NOT DENIM IT WAS A HORRIBLE THIN CHEAP MATERIAL WITH STRINGS HANGING OUT

Bad service
First I got a notification saying that my order didn't go through so I did it again. Saw I was charged twice tried to cancel one and was told I couldn't. So I mailed the second order back for a refund only to find out I had to pay to mail it back and that I don't get the shipping or insurance that they added on to my order in my refund so I ended up loosing $15 for an order I tried to cancel.

$50 straps don’t fit, returns are denied
2 $50 straps (purchased $100 total), straps do not fit a standard watch. Strapsco are denying a return because I installed one of them to check fit. they claim they are used, This company is a scam…. They have no idea of what customer service is. Do not use this company under any circumstances ***Update: I find it interesting that your response does not address the fact that your standard watch strap does not fit a Standard Tudor watch face. So, your product is useless, and you would not let me return the strap because I installed the watch on the strap to check the fit. There were no tool marks, no scratches, no marks period on the strap. Just terrible customer service, for an even worse product. Then you tried to have my review removed for defimation...... Stand by your product or stop selling straps.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We accept returns so items can be restocked; however, in this case, the strap was bent and had marks, which goes beyond just trying it on. For the respect that we have for our customers, we are unable to add to our inventory a strap that has been used. We still offered a return for the other items in your order, but you chose to keep them. We hope you’ve been able to put them to good use.

Awful company
Awful company. Bought a strap for my watch and it was way too big and also broke very quickly. I emailed them twice and they never responded. Terrible customer service!

Placed an order a month ago and I still didn't receive it. I contacted them multiple times and I received no response. This seems to me a scam business, if not then it a very bad business. I regret ordering from them.

Strapsco denies store credit!!!
Had store credit on my account which I had forgotten about from previous return. Subsequently placed 3 orders since that time; that credit was never applied to any of my future orders. Received an email from customer service recently stating I had 1 day (9/19/24) to place an order or lose my store credit which belonged to me. I explained the situation to them and Angela and Rebecca essentially told me too bad so sad. I had asked them how that credit should or could have been applied to any previous orders and they did not respond. Very shady business practice. Buyer beware!!
