Low Quality, from overseas
Quick google reverse image search proves these "high quality" straps are about $1 from China... Poor customer service, outrageously overpriced for the quality.

Watch band broke, watch fell off
I received a wrist band. However the wrist band flew off (the splinter came loose / broke near the watch body) because of a manufacturing issue. After long writing, i got my money back. However they didn't feel the need to compensate for tax or for my broken watch. Really bad service in general. Just writibg with them i thought i would never get my money back because they wanted to send a replacement. The replacement was a completely different strap..

just as all the other reviews, ordered more than 6 weeks ago and nothing. Also the servicedesk doesn't respond to my questions. This doesn't look good. In the past I have ordered and received good products, something had changed.

Terrible experience and never received
Terrible experience. Ordered my straps 6 weeks ago and never received them. Their support email claims that they were lost and “shipped again”. 6 weeks later still nothing. Wondering if this is a scam…

I bought watch straps from StrapsCo
I bought watch straps from StrapsCo. on April 25th and as of today May 15th I still don't have them and can't imagine that I'll have them in a day or so. I don't recommend buying anything from them. They also take a to long to respond back, I have little hope to ever get my refund back as well.

From start to finish terrible products
From start to finish terrible products. Please don't even try to get leather. I don't even know what this is made with honestly the worst hide in all of India? Its just crap crap crap. I really hate wasting time and money. And this did both. I genuinely hate when poor quality is being represented like it's something top notch. Jesus. Like if I could. I'd slap whoever made these! The clasp too so much effort to lift and press down. I just couldn't even stomach it. I just got them today and I have zero interest in keeping it. Sending them back out in the morning. Sincerely I do not like this quality from the company.

No Google reviews allowed??I wonder why
Order #1000659] (March 31, 2024) Very disappointed with this order. Yellow strap at 34.99 broken spring bar and flimsy quality. Brown dassari mystery gust of poor quality which I wouldn’t have bought had I seen what you were sending! Blue strap quality is poor Grey dassari spring bar jammed ,I had to break it,pull it out and replace two spring bars. My first order and I’ll say the quality is Amazon Chinese quality and I’m very pissed off. I don’t have the time or inclination to send it back from malaysia ,so I’ll just stay this way! Thanks
