The facility and access to the test

You guys literally suck and scammed me out of $400

the videos for my course were not the easiest to learn from, i had to follow and listen to a professor on youtube to help me learn but i liked how it was set up with the quizzes.

Do your homework! I tried to take a shortcut to get a few credits in for certification. This college is not accredited by NY state education standards. I wasted time and energy studying, doing coursework and taking tests for nothing! I had to go to a community college to get what I needed and almost lost my job in the process because I missed the time deadline due to wasting my time on Straighterline. Some colleges MAY take SOME of the credits, but call them directly first and document every call, name of the person you spoke to and the date for reference. That was the ONLY thing that saved me from losing my job! In addition, the text book that was referred to in one of my classes was not available and made navigation very difficult. A digital version was supposed to be included free with tuition but it wasn’t. It was several hundred dollars to purchase elsewhere. Several calls about the situation provided no answer. They ended up telling me I didn’t actually need it, it was merely a suggestion but the class work assigned reading certain pages throughout the course.

All was goid accept foe the proctored part at the end. Your PC is all screwed up and there is nothing yoy can do about it. They gotta find a better process for taking finals.

I had to take one last class to graduate and my university did not have it over the summer, suggested I take through this site. The course is split up 10 chapters per section, with one review test per 10 chapters. Not enough review. The learning material they provide does not match the text or the tests. They use moodle to generate the tests, which is as slow as a snail, often times out, and lags 1-2 minutes per question. The tech support is non existent until 2-3 days after, and chat is useless. They shut off my account and cancelled my final without my knowledge or email suggesting they had a malfunction. Took over 4 days to resolve leaving me stressing about the final deadlines for my course. The only reason it was resolved is because I posted it on social media. Got to the final, the proctoru site is glitchy and difficult, and also used moodle which timed me out mid-final and I lost time, was scared I'd have to start all over. And don't forget you don't know you cannot use a cromebook until you try and download the software. Had to buy a new computer! Come to see the final seemed like it was from some other text book, and barely any questions were on relevant material that was in the book I studied. I DO NOT recommend taking BIO 101 or any other course on this site. While I am happy I passed and can move on with my graduation, I would not recommend this site. ever.
