It fast and affordable

Very happy with my experience thus far. I’ve completed 2 courses and liked my experience so much I purchased 5 more. I read tons of reviews and did so much research on StraighterLine, Study.com and Sophia. I’m happy with my choice and liked the material provided. I learned a lot and would recommend this to anyone needing credits fast and affordable!

Learning and having the guidance of this program.

The only reason I’m giving StraighterLine a 2/5 stars is because ProctorU is a complete PAIN to deal with! If I didn’t have to take proctored exams, I would have definitely gave a 5/5! My problems with ProctorU was the connection, inability to stop the time when technical issues started, and losing connection with the proctor mid exam which caused me to lose time during my test. The connection on my end was excellent because I took the exam in a Nursing school to ensure that I didn’t experience any connection building. I’ve had plenty of classes in this building and never experienced any issues before, so I know this was an ProctorU issue.

Fast timeframe with good results

The system is clunky and not really clear as to how to submit assignments. They do not really offer support 7 days a week as they claim. When I was able to reach them, they were friendly, but the lack of support during the weekend was very inconvenient. During testing, I had to pay extra both times for proctoring, even though it was ProctorU's fault.

Although the Proctor U tech tried, my issue was not resolved, I was eventually able to figure out how to fix it on my own. The course itself was okay up until the final. I am normally an A student and found the final to be more difficult than anticipated. The amount of information to study was overwhelming.

Courses are easy to follow. Customer support was very helpful.
