Great customer service from Story in Steel
One of the spacers on my Story in Steel picture had a flaw in it. This picture was a gift for Christmas. I sent a message to the email address provided. The response was very fast. I was asked to provide pictures of the flawed part. Once provided a whole new kit was sent immediately. Nolan was the representative I was dealing with and he was just awesome.

In memory of our beloved dogs
We recently lost our two dogs. Our niece had the most amazing piece created for us. Both dogs were portrayed perfectly. Great workmanship and amazing quality! We will definitely keep Story In Steel in mind for future pieces.

Picture in steel
I saw this advertised and decided to give it a try. I submitted a picture and received proofs back the next day. Made an adjustment. I did not know really what to expect. We received the picture in steel and we were extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. I know everyone in the family will love it. It looks just like the picture and the proof that wws sent. Extremely happy with the results.
