StorPlace Self StorageReviews of storplaceselfstorage.com

Great lady in office and helped me when she's was leaving .

I love the customer service and the olace is always clean. Its a great storage place.

Online reservation was easy. Received a timely call to confirm. Once in office, I was set up quickly. I feel my belongings are safe and secure and the price is right. Kudos to great service and team!

Friendly staff...always willing to to help if I have a request A +++++

I have used storeplace of cool springs multiple times over the years. The facility is convenient, clean and the staff are all long term workers that have a lot of pride in their facility, and add a personal touch to the process. I have recently started up a new business that requires a storage facility to process orders. My current unit has an outdoor access and is ultra convenient. I love it...

Great facility. Well lit. Carts available to use at the multi level climate controlled unit. I was disappointed to be told by the first person I worked with that my unit “near the elevator” was a full 10x15 when in fact it had about 25% of that space taken up by the block wall of the elevator. I later questioned it with the manager and was appropriately moved to a full size unit a short distance further. Employee was either not educated or simply dishonest. Disappointing. The unit itself is great.

Luke helped us very much in choosing the correct size storage unit that we needed. He was always friendly and professional. We will use StorPlace again for our moving and storage needs.

Renting a unit was fast and simple and I got a month free. Units are clean and in excellent condition, smaller units like my 5x10 are inside a building which helps to further protect your items.
