Evangeline, Thank you for sharing, we are so very sorry to hear your experience with us was unsatisfactory. We did have the opportunity to review your account and did not see a notation regarding repair of the overhead light. We will address directly with the manager to prevent this kind of oversight from happening again. Separately, we did want to provide some clarification around your fees. Your rent was prorated when you moved out of the facility and was a total charge of $8.99. Your Tenant Protection plan does not prorate and is $12/month. This should be itemized out on your final receipt – please let us know if this is not the case or if you would like an additional copy for your records. 833-488-8380 Storespace.com

UPDATED: Kayla, I do apologize for all the miscommunication and understand you did come into the office on the 1st to reserve your unit and paid in cash. We also reviewed y our call and will revisit training on the our tenant protection plans with the team to ensure clarity moving forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
