StorenvyReviews of storenvy.com

I read other reviews after buying from this site and at once I was really worried, but fortunately the leather jacket I bought from a seller with many good reviews (Rangoli Collection) has arrived. I'm super happy because the shipment was really fast (even if there's Covid-19 sanitary emergency it takes only a week from Pakistan to my country, Italy) and the jacket is like the description or even better for quality and for finishing touch. In general, my advice is to check on social media or websites if the seller can be trusted or not, BEFORE you buy anything from every e-stores.

Unable to login even though I never changed my password, now it asks me to reset my password and I never received the reset password email no matter what. I'm a small business owner and I have a lot of orders to handle so this is causing a dent in my business.

I never got my order or refund Do not buy! Do not buy! It’s a scam

Some of the artist I follow sell some beautiful merch from my favorite series. The quality on their work is amazing and the shipping is really fast, also the packages came perfectly.

Do not buy. You will not receive the product Fake, fake, fake!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yikes! I should've read the reviews for this before I bought but I really liked the product and took the risk. Don't. The item was "awaiting shipment" for over a month. I could no longer even access the listing (it just redirected back to the main site). I sent a message to the seller about a refund and never got a reply. Since Storenvy caters to individual sellers they don't have their own refund policy but rely on the sellers to set the policy so you can and will get scammed. The seller was specifically littleluxefashion in case that's helpful to anyone.

I ordered a book online; and as described, I received a download link and received my book. Outstanding service, same as ebay, etsy, offerup, but I didn't find my deal there. Thanks StoreEnvy!

This site and every single one of my experiences on it have been horrible! The customer service is completely awful, and out of my three attempts to use this site, never have I ever received a product! First time the seller completely ghosted me, and I had to get a refund through PayPal claims, and the other two times the seller never actually reached out to tell me that the item I wanted was out of stock, until I took the first step to message them. Despite that, the ‘out of stock’ items are still up in their store! A completely useless and unprofessional site, never using again!! 😡
