I ordered a wedding dress that was supposed to be made-to-size based on measurements. It came miles too big, which I could have worked with, but it had a visible seam around the waist where it should have had a hidden seam. It was supposed to be A-line but hung like a ball gown. I contacted other makers of this same dress and they confirmed that it should have been a hidden seam. I purchased from this seller because they had a reasonable return policy posted. At first, I was offered a return with full refund, or keep it and get a partial refund. I opted for a return and was then told that, because of COVID, they weren't taking and returns or doing refunds. I had to buy a different dress and am out $240. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Don't risk it!!

I’ve been a Storenvy marketplace seller for around 7 years and I have never had an issue with the platform. It offers me a convenient way to get my products on the market quickly in a professional looking online store. My buyers appreciate that they are covered by PayPal buyer protection too. I’ve also purchased tour merch from my favourite band’s Storenvy store and had no issues. It was a positive experience.

Take your money even if store is not long in business and claim "that's not their responsibility." I purchased an item from store no longer in business. They took my credit card, had to contact fraudulent charge division at credit card company to get refund. After notification that that store not in business they continued to send me multiple ads for the product...from that defunct store.

Dishonest company that promotes listings takes a commission then claims the item they promote violates their terms. No such term is stated. "At our discretion" isn't a term anyone can adhere to. Threatened to shut my shop down over a don't tread on me shirt. They are just liberal soyboys trying to censor political expression. Will never buy or sell here again.

Do not purchase from Miss Loco on Storenvy, you will pay and not get any goods. They will not provide tracking number or refund. Ordered 05/05 and no goods received. They are unhelpful and confrontational via messages. Do not buy from Miss Loco

OK if you don't care WHEN you receive it. Company ships from Europe and have been waiting for pkg to arrive in the US for over 3 weeks. (sigh)

I ordered a canvas and leather bag from this crew. They took the order, charged my card and then nothing. Contacted the seller. He said he stopped making the bag 5 years ago and he would have nothing to do with this trading platform. I suspect he was based in China and was using this site to scam money. Either way I have lost the cash. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE - ARE YOU LISTENING ?

I paid almost 60.00 for a native american jacket through storenvy 3 weeks ago and I never got my order! I contacted them through there support page and they do not address my issue; There is no phone number to call and talk to anyone so that is a red flag and there customer support is worthless! I will never order from storenvy ever again and will make sure to tell everyone about my horrible experience.
