After a few years on Etsy, we moved our shops over to Storenvy, and it is like a breath of fresh air! The Admin is open, supportive and friendly, and the other shop owners are just awesome. We have had wonderful buying and selling experiences there.

The site has stores within itself. I made a purchase in September. At the end of october I had tried to contact the individual store because i had not received my package, they told me to wait a little longer because it does take longer to deliver to other places. It is now December and I tried to contact the site's customer service. I got an email saying if it has not been over 45 days i can file a dispute. It had been over 45 days so i asked if there was another way to fix the problem, still no reply. I'm still waiting to get a refund, or even my package. Ridiculous.
