Great phone plans and prices! I just wish the coverage was a bit better. I never have all my bars lit up on my phone and often times I have people telling me they are losing me and can't hear more than a few spotty words. I think more cell towers are in order. Can't beat the cost of the phone plans though, they are awesome!

Love the phone service and the fact that 10%is for the charity of my choice. I also speak to a customer rep. that I can understand.

Great service and plans, particularly for those who use cell phone occasionally. Wonderful feeling to support charity! Very easy transfer of service from my former provider to TPO!!!

the service does what I need it to, a low cost cell service for a 911 phone

Good service and pricing. T-Mobile (GSM) network coverage could be better, but other than that, no complaints.

TPO has good service at a good price, but that is were the good ends. The customer service personnel I have dealt with are rude and obviously do not want to be there. I have called 4 times and each and every time I have gotten a rude person, and it is not always the same person, sometimes I get a male and sometimes a female and each and every one has been downright rude.
