My experience has been nothing but great for the pricing offered. TPO support was necessary at the outset (two years ago), but has been unnecessary ever since. My voicemail alerts on iPhone SE were a little quirky, but it wasn't irritating to me. I loved their business model when I first signed up, and now am truly sorry to see them exit the US market. I wish the TPO team well in their UK endeavors, and I hope someone in the US will be courageous enough to emulate these pioneers of truly good business ethics! THANK YOU TPO!

Good service. Reasonably priced. Great; just what I needed for 2 grandsons. I have them on TPO's lowest mobile plan and they're happy and I'm really pleased about the price. They like that they are able to pick a charity that they have a good feeling for. And their mom and I like that it gets them thinking about others.

Service works fine, customer support was prompt and accurate when an auto-payment problem arose. Very good value for the money.
