Cannot believe such horrible service from a supposedly reputable company. One week past the "expected" ship date. Reached out to customer service via chat. They are unable to cancel the order. They are unable to answer when I should receive it or if I will receive it. They said I should hear from a "specialist" within 2 days! Three days later, still haven't heard anything from anyone. Would never order from electronics.sony.com again. Awful customer service.

I purchased a brand new PS5 almost a year ago, in less than 1 year I had to send the console in for repair, their TOS says 21 days turn around, they had my console for 3 months and gave me the run-around telling me different stories each week when I would call in for an update. If I had not called every week multiple times they would of never sent me anything finally. When I got my console back, after 3 days of having it my Online PS+ account was suspended and I was locked out of playing every game or accessing games at all (digital version of console). Their customer service is non existant. I have owned Sony Playstation' since the first one came out and after this experience I am selling my PS5 and will be changing to xbox. Never again will my money go to this company. Sony has gone down hill in the last years and is no longer a reputable company as it once was, I recommend anyone considering to buy into the new PS5 to get XBOX instead.

Terrible customer service from Sony After ordering this lens and not receiving it 2 weeks later. I was told I would be refunded and to order another one. I ordered another one and tried to check on order to make sure it was sent. But customer service just hang up on me or end the chat. So far. No refund. Paid for 2 lenses. Havnt received anything Do not was your time buying from Sony. Buy from a third party retailer instead

sono stato sempre in cliente affezionato Sony, ho comprato un Sony 55 pollici dopo qualche anno non si accendeva più lo schermo, lo porto da Expert a Battipaglia Salerno visto che è in garanzia.. passa un bel po' di tempo, mi chiamano per ritirarlo dopo la riparazione e al momento di controllare lo stato della tv notiamo una botta al centro dello schermo ed ho lasciato di nuovo la tv al negozio Expert.. ad oggi saranno 2 mesi ancora nessuna notizia e nessuna risposta alle mie telefonate... spero che la Sony provveda a risolvere il mio problema

Vergognoso, comprato Sony Bravia oled 65 pollici, si guasta prima dei due anni, viene sostituito e si guasta dopo 4 mesi, l’azienda non ne risponde più perché scaduta la garanzia ufficiale, ripeto 4 mesi dopo la sostituzione!!!! Non comprate Sony

When I did talk to Sony the “considérée” said “we have a computer chip issue with this model” and the service company that dropped a replacement said « good luck with this - all we do is replace them » no wonder why they are $1000 #sonybraviasucks - they must have automated messaging « oh your TV is on its way! » F U sony - I saved up to make a major purchase and I should have gone with Samsung like my brother in law suggested - the Best Buy clerk steered me down the wrong path (but a nice kid no complaints there- Best Buy’s return policy is horrible - and for that I will never go back #bestbuygoodbye)

We purchased a Sony Bravia tv a year and half ago. We are now taking it to be repaired because it will not turn on and none of the troubleshooting steps have worked. Customer service was no help as they said the warranty was 1 year from purchase date and there are no authorized dealers to repair in my state. We spent 2,000 dollars on a piece of garbage. We will no longer be buying anymore Sony products as they are junk and will not stand behind their products.
