Upon purchasing a new InMotion V9 I noticed a slight knocking noise coming from the wheel every now and then. I opened a support ticket with InMotion and they responded very quickly. After some brief troubleshooting, InMotion simply went ahead and sent me a completely new motor/wheel, which I replaced with ease. Problem solved. Thanks InMotion! Now I'm eyeing out their V12S!

My experience with Inmotion turned out great. I purchased the V13 pro and had an issue within the first year. Getting timely assistance was an issue for me at first; however, they did respond and eventually sent out a part that did fix my issue. It took just less than a month to resolve.
