Received the drives on time and as expected

Item was in stock at time of order, four hours later our order was canceled without any contact or prior notice!

We had a catastrophic hard drive failure on our server were we lost multiple drive and could not recover the system. The only place that had the drive we needed was Storage Parts Direct. The drives were brand new and were compatible with our servers. We ordered 4 new drives and began the process of rebuilding the server when 2 additional older drives failed. We needed to order additional drives but the store was closed as it was 11PM at night. I decided to call anyways in hopes someone would answer but know one did. A minute later Mike the sales manager called backed stating that he recognized my number and knew that we had issues early that day and wanted to help in any way he can so he offered for us to come pick up the additional hard drives we needed. We got the additional drives at 11:45PM. I just wanted to thank Mike for providing excellent customer service in a dire situation. Thanks Mike
