I was told that the storage facility was open till 9 and the office closed at 6. After all was moved into the unit and all was settled, I tried to get some stuff from the unit at 6:30 and couldn't get in. I am extremely bothered by the fact that I now will have to either skip lunch to get into my unit or move everything once again. Other than that all was fine but the time is a major factor and ready limits when I can get down there

Secure area, units are reconverted shipping containers (which might concern those with heat sensitive items) but for the money is within value.

The storage facility is nice. However, when I arrived, I was told that there wasn't a one month free online special as advertised. The manager stated that she's notified storageoutlet.net on several occasions to stop advertising this deal.
