We were there to rent a unit and was asked to come back tomorrow cause they were closing in 5 min we decided to go somewhere else

I didn't rent with you. I wanted to, but I am I not a nursing home and could not rent in person. I asked if my cousin who has a power of attorney for me could sign for me. I was told no. So I took my business elsewhere.

April The manager in that facility was so unprofessional and un respectful. We try to have a unit for rent and honestly we diced walk away. I have a small business, and I like to be respectful with them and that's what I toll her, but she didn't care. She just ripped my papers with my information to the trash can. It was so RUDE . I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORAGE OUTLET
