I have good and bad to report. I sustained damage to my trailer after person(S) unknown hit my parked trailer while it was in it's space. Damages were not extensive, however because I rarely go to the storage facility, I could not determine when it actually occurred. I reported it to the office, but nothing could be done. I have unruly neighbors who leave trash on my trailer, because they know I rarely check on it. I have since moved to another location thanks to a great office worker, Maria who helped me make the transition. The good, perhaps, would be the courteous office management, especially Maria who has shown me empathy in my case.

Customer service was not inviting, more like dull..

I was told that the storage facility was open till 9 and the office closed at 6. After all was moved into the unit and all was settled, I tried to get some stuff from the unit at 6:30 and couldn't get in. I am extremely bothered by the fact that I now will have to either skip lunch to get into my unit or move everything once again. Other than that all was fine but the time is a major factor and ready limits when I can get down there

The storage facility is nice. However, when I arrived, I was told that there wasn't a one month free online special as advertised. The manager stated that she's notified storageoutlet.net on several occasions to stop advertising this deal.
