I changed units at the Huntington Beach facility and Kat provided excellent service. She was beyond helpful, making the transition very easy. The facility is so clean and safe. I am happy to be a customer with Storage Outlet. Please give Kat five stars and a raise!

We were there to rent a unit and was asked to come back tomorrow cause they were closing in 5 min we decided to go somewhere else

Good location Very secure. Staff in office very kind and helpful Great prices. Long hours for visiting your storage unit

I didn't rent with you. I wanted to, but I am I not a nursing home and could not rent in person. I asked if my cousin who has a power of attorney for me could sign for me. I was told no. So I took my business elsewhere.
