I went in to open a new account but didn't have a lot of time, I was out in under 30 minutes. Takeyma was helpful, pleasant, professional, answering all of my questions and clearly explained the unique Robo Vault facility. She completed my transaction while assisting several other customers with access to their units and never made me feel ignored. My experience was better than I expected. The facility is clean and all the staff are welcoming. There was clearly a customer first attitude from everyone working. I have already recommended Storage King to several of my friends!!
