ease of access, friendly staff-- wish hours were more convenient on the weekend--- more hours would help those of us who can only get there when not working.

Well I'm rating 5 stars as of only having the storage for about a week, the people are so nice, it's cost efficient I have a 5 * 15 storage for my college stuff and it only costs right around $59 a month. It comes with a little light on the inside. Only thing thy isn't convienent is the fact that gates close at 10pm should be 24hours if you have your gate code.

Good overall. Covered entry and drive access could be bigger and more easily accessible. A little awkward and not much room.

I had a nice experience. They were very friendly, helpful and was able to provide necessary information.
