I was very pleased and found it very convenient and well located. The personnel was very helpful. They do need a generator and in cases as hurricane Irma, use it to open as soon as possible, even with a restricted access schedule, so that tenants can access their belongings. Waiting for the electricity company to reestablish service may take several days.

The warm friendly customer service was great, however signs should be posted, letting the storage customer know which direction you should go to find your storage space. Example: arrows - 2000-2010 left , 2011-2020 right, 2021-2043 down corridor make right turn. Etc !

The process for renting a storage space was excellent. The representative was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing that bothered me is the location of my rental space, it has a very foul odor, as a dirty locker room. I guess it's because I didn't choose the climate control area.

A storage facility is just that. Decent pricing, maybe get some better carts for transferring stuff from vehicle to unit (or just some maintenance) The only negative I have are the hours. (no 24 hour access)

The customer service personnel were very helpful and worked hard to get everything I needed, in time in the hot, hot TN weather. My only complaint is that I had had to extend my reservation a few days and when I called I was told it was $100 per day. They never mentioned all the extra daily fees so I ended up paying an additional $70 which I could NOT afford. This was not the fault of that local shop. It's the Penske thing.
