Great experience. Great customer service.

The Service attendant at storage king was extremely helpful and made the entire process easy and uneventful. I repeatedly told her how amazing she was and how I wish everyone in different service industries had her professionalism, knowledge and patience. My positive service rating is completely because of the young lady. The facility is nice, clean and secure but the service attendant made all the difference and because of that she gets a prefect score from me.

Just rented a unit with them to park my trailer, wonderful service, and clean location.

Clean property, very large and organized. Loved that they had dollies and carts for us to use. Only negative was that the second elevator was not working the day we rented our unit. The onsite manager said repair company assured her it would be fixed on Monday. Onsite manager very friendly and helpful.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Climate control is perfect for storage.

I had a great experience . James Hines took care of my reservation when I arrive at the facility at 315 Hubert St . In Raleigh NC . He was courteous and helpful . He gave me a discount for the first months rental . I had questioned the twenty five dollar administrative fee so James explained the corporate policy and then proceeded with a free months rental on my unit . The facility was clean and modern and I have complete confidence in the security of the place . King storage is one hundred percent nicer than the previous facility I used .
