There was a mixup with my reservation but the woman who was working there helped me out so much. She made sure everything was fixed and squared away perfectly! I’d recommend.

Nice employees. Only complaint is the fact that the area that we used needs a ramp to pull in the carts. We had to lift up the cart to get it over the hump.

Wish the truck was included but other than that great customer service !

It was a smooth transition. Very pleasant staff . (Kayla) clean facility. I'm glad there was room for me.. Will use again in the future

I have had no issues with the staff in the office. It's been a great experience. We had a run in with another tennent on move in day. We had a trailer Parker alone the curb which we where told it was open parking and it must have been been his rented parking space. She started blowing the horn and I kept saying we're hurrying and it got ugly from there. A marked spot would have solved that problem very quickly and we wouldn't have parked there to start with. We were told we could park anywhere to unload. That's not the case. This needs to be fixed so it doesn't happen again. As hot headed as people get these days who knows what could have happened if one of the men was mad enough.

Perfect on the inside, however they have to improve the entrance look. It’s always deteriorating, and we pay enough money for rentals .
