The best time to stop is 10 years ago.The 2 nd best time is now. it has virtually no effect on you once you decide this way of life is going to come at a great (unknown)cost. life has never been better. blood pressure almost normal after only a week. follow the man and listen to what he says. we all need some help to get this out of our lives.

So far so good no drinking 15 days in.Craig has been fundamental to me achieving that.I first started watching Craig on You Tube and he struck a chord with me more than any other self help "guru" I have seen before. 2 statements from Craig which resonated: The only drink you are in control of is the first drink and the Evil Clown and how he wants to kill you. The course is extremely detailed and focused.You feel as if Craig is by your side every step of the way. I hope I can say in a years time I.m still dry.

In most aspects of life I thought I was in control and doing alright (ie business, family, fitness etc) but for some reason, I was still drinking wine every night at home and feeling rubbish about it. I watched Craig's free YouTube channel for a while in order to get some motivation, and eventually decided to invest in myself and signed up to the SDE online course about a year ago now. The content is excellent and does the job perfectly. Some of the videos are available for free but it's better as a complete package and I personally find that when you invest actual $$ you have skin in the game and are more likely to get into it. Even though I don't have any desire to drink any longer, I still watch the video's and read books by other authors (Jason Vale, Allen Carr etc) in order to keep things fresh - and I think this helps to ensure the journey remains 'easy'. I can honestly say, my life is so much better now on so many levels now that I'm not poisoning myself on a consistent daily basis and I definitely have to give credit to Craig and the course. For anyone who would like to easily get their life back from alcohol, I'd wholeheartedly recommend this program.

Works like Magic !! Yesterday I really wanted to "switch off' and just chill out and I would normally do this with a few glasses of wine. It was weird because I wanted the feeling of wine but the thought of drinking alcohol to get the feeling was out of the question after only 7 days of this course. I feel like I am doing something amazing for my body and my mind, I don't feel i'm giving anything up at all, i'm just gaining, gaining, gaining everyday and the process is fun and really interesting. Thank you Craig Beck !

Great info. Helps me put the proper focus on how to get alcohol, the poison, out of my life. The videos, audio clips, and books provides lots of great resources, whether home or on the road to keep reinforcing the message of stopping drinking.
