This is really sinking in and changing how I feel about alcohol.
It's a good pace. I like the lessons and the information is sobering and I feel I have time to take it in. Allows for processing it slowly and allowing my subconscious to really become infused with the negative side of drinking. I feel it's helping me change my belief about it. I am looking forward to the daily lessons.

I am only day two into the program and last night was the first night in years that I didn’t drink myself to drunk :). Wonderfully motivating program and doesn’t make you feel embarrassed. You know you are not alone in this!!

Motivated!
I started the course having already read books and attended a webinar. I am highly motivated for the first time to quit drinking. I can relate to so much of what I hear. I like Craig's practical approach and the intellectual side of understanding all about the drug. After a week my attitude towards alcohol is already changing.

Gets one seriously thinking about what one has been doing with alcohol
Something about the way Craig breaks this down, is so simple, yet so difficult to understand had it not been expressed the way he expresses it. Every video has a type of aha moment that turns into a string of aha moments. Feeling this message go deep. Last night was my moms birthday, the best champagne was around, didn’t even feel the slightest urge.

Another great video I’m so glad I fell on this course from Craig at stop drinking expert, he talks to you properly with no strings what’s so ever , iv tried to stop in the past and failed , he makes you feel normal and not that yo have failed in life , the truth is I no now why and where iv been going wrong, Trust me he’s a top bloke and anyone will love the coaching and the learning A1+ excellent brilliant and interesting, worth every penny Dj Darren james

It works if you want it to. The marketing says it's easy and it is BUT only if you work it. It's not something you can passively do and it takes serious effort. However, if you are in the right place it is nothing short of amazing. Do it but do it right.
