Love the complete course! My first week has been smooth and successful with absolutely no effort and no craving. Amazing indeed. Every time I watch alcohol ads on TV, my brain whispers: unregulated drug, killer poison in attractive bottles. Craig must have successfully spoken to my subconscious mind and I hope it stays. I have been a functioning alcohol for over 20 years. My alcohol intake increased to dangerous levels. I weigh 140 lbs, 5’7, and my body just couldn’t take it anymore, but I could not stop drinking. A youtube search on how to stop drinking brought me to your videos and I was instantly hooked. I signed up for your webinar for the next morning and from there signed up for your course. I work in law enforcement and alcohol was obviously a great way to anesthetize everything I see and deal with in my line of work. I truly doubted I could function without alcohol. My career was another excuse of why alcohol was a great coping mechanism. How blatantly untrue. Before Stop Drinking Expert I was a problem drinker for 30 years; I could see no way out, I was addicted to alcohol and drank 2 bottles of wine a day and more at weekends. I nearly lost my life and spent 8 weeks in hospital. After being discharged, within 6 months I was drinking again. I'm only on day four but I am feeling more confident than the many previous attempts at quitting drinking. One week into the course and very impressed with the material and just as motivated to bash on to week two and beyond. I'm 65 years old and have been a moderate and responsible drinker most of the time (note "most of the time", only got drunk once a month or so) over the past 40 years. I see the next 20 or more years of my life as alcohol free and really looking forward to the benefits of clarity and health in my golden years.
