Reason Instead of Will Power
Craig Beck and his Stop Drinking Expert course have been a critical tool in helping me to change how I think and what I believe when it comes to alcohol. It's been a slow, imperfect process for me, but...isn't that the nature of recovery from any addiction. But I've sat through his course multiple times, and I partake in his Facebook group and it gives me the necessary hope, vision and resolve to build my better future. AA has never been an option for me; it has always rubbed me wrong for several reasons. But Craig's rational approach to using reason instead of will power to give up alcohol resonates with me greatly and it has helped me greatly. Thank you, Craig, and thanks to all the members of the SDE community.

This man changed my life
This man changed my life. Every word is a precise and deadly hit in your beliefs and programms about alcohol. Keep listening to Craig Beck and keep doing what he tells You and your life will change, you will see whats happiness is at last. This is the way against this drug, to hit the unconscious mind against alcohol, leaving poor, barking will aside. Trust him, for yours and your family's sake.

Amazing course
For me this has been a fantastic way to become alcohol free whilst remaining in a positive frame of mind about the change. I feel truly excited about the future! Craig is an inspiring, relatable and down to earth presenter who genuinely wants people to share the love of life without alcohol that he has found. The daily sections of the course are digestible and appropriate, the exercises useful and the support is great.

After several long years searching for…
After several long years searching for the help I needed I have found it. This course is powerful to the problem drinker. I couldn't relate to many other methods but this course has truly changed my thinking about alcohol which was my main problem. Worth the money!
