I was skeptical that an online course with Craig would make any difference to what I thought were the pleasures I was getting from drinking. Over the last few years those pleasures have been requiring more and more alcohol with less and less upside. Craig's presentations and words cut straight through the ball I was feeding myself. I found this course online after a vacation of heavy drinking. I was tired of feeling sick, tired , hung over, and guiltily for drinking too much again! I have been drinking for over 25 years. Over the past many years, Alcohal has been controlling me. I drank every day and I wanted a tool that would help me drink less. I am now 20 days without drinking. My thoughts around drinking are completely different. I just don’t want to drink! I could never imagine a life without alcohal and now I am excited to live without alcohal, a pretty packaged poison, in my life. I feel amazing, I am proud of myself, and optimistic about my future. Craig's presentation makes you feel at ease because as he explains we're intelligent people who've been hoodwinked by a powerful and devious marketing machine selling a highly addictive, expensive and deadly poison. This all makes so much sense. Craig explains with such clarity why we've become a slave to the drug and then he shows us how to escape and finally become free of this insidious confidence trick.

This course put the problem of alcohol into perspective,I now have no interest in alcohol, because there is absolutely no benefit from drinking it. This should be compulsory for schools. You are a true life changer, craig.

So far so good. One of the first things Craig said that made me listen to his story is that he did not like the word ALCOHOLIC. I am not an everyday drinker. I'm a very bad BINGE drinker. I am new to Craig's course and so far I am very impressed with his intellect. I plan on continuing to listen and journal my everyday thoughts whether good, bad or indifferent. I'm sure I'm also suffering from depression. I have lost jobs, been in trouble with Johnny Law, ruined my girlfriend relationships, lost some integrity and most of all TRUST from family and friends. I am completely sober today and have been for awhile.
