Really well organized programme...I've tried many and spent hundreds of pounds...this one cost nothing and its working

I started out looking for a program that would teach me how to drink in moderation; I just didn’t like being told I was “broken” or “powerless” and always would be when it comes to alcohol. That sounded impossible and miserable. So, when I read Craig Becks book, Alcohol Lied to Me, I was surprised to feel my mind actually shifting to not wanting to drink anymore- to seeing alcohol for what it really is instead of blaming my lack of willpower. It has literally “flipped” the switch to where I can’t imagine my life WITH booze in it rather than the other way around! This program is showing me how powerful it feels to wake up without a hangover, how much funnier and smarter I am when I am sober, and to actually count all the money I’m no longer wasting. It isn’t even a tough decision to make now that light has been shined on the liquid crap I’ve been poisoning myself with and calling it harmless fun. I am a successful person with a great life, yet I couldn’t keep a simple promise to myself to not drink- over and over again. The 3am regret and shame recording in my head…I wasn't worried about dying, I was worried about continuing to live with a substance controlling me. If this sounds familiar, you gotta check out this program. Willpower has NOTHING to do with it.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this seminar -- 1 Day to change a horrible habit that I've had for 25 years seemed too good to be true. But I have tried AA, Transcendental Meditation, multiple books and nothing seemed to be effective. So, I decided to give it a try and was very impressed with how much information Craig was able to share in 1 day. It was also instrumental that the group was limited to 10 people so I felt heard, and Craig got to know me as a person, my habits, and seemed to understand me and my challenges. For the first time, I feel hopeful that I can beat this addiction!!! I'd highly recommend it to others. I also have his books, "Alcohol Lied to me" and "Escaping the Evil Clown." If you're looking to quit, I would highly recommend!

Craig offers more insight and hope than I have had in 35 years as a problem drinker. I have insufficient words to thank Craig. I also thank the friends who post on SDE video site, and for the Secret Group tribe.

I was very sceptical this would work - I feel like I had tried everything. This is just astonishing how easy it was to stop drinking. I no longer even like it let alone miss it. If you are thinking about how damanging drinking alcohol is to your life you need to invest in this. I have a wine cabinet and liquor cupboard full of 'attractively labled poison' that I don't even want to open. My partner is still drinking beer and I don't feel I am missing out on anything at all. I am passionate and brightly aware and awake and looking forward to experiencing the rest of my life. Thank you so much Craig.
