Empowers you to take control.
I like craigs program because it breaks down what is actually happening to people who are having trouble with their drinking. He explains what alcohol does to the brain, why it's addictive, and gives multiple strategies on how to quit.

Very well presented. Craig is a great speaker, and really had an impact on me regarding how I think about alcohol and my drinking. I would recommend the program to anyone concerned about their drinking.

I' ve stopped drinking because Craig made it so understandable. my wife died of alcohol abuse and i realized how dangerous this drug is

It's exciting to hear the perspective…
It's exciting to hear the perspective of someone who has successfully come out the other side and how they did it without the conventional methods like AA. I either laugh or nod my head vigourously hearing Craig's stories because these are the exact things I did as a drinker. It's so inspiring to know I was not the only one with these wacky, always shameful practices and that this problem is not something I need to blame myself for. His approach towards eliminating the factors of "willpower" is key. Craig's ability to put it all in relatable terms and to spell out the truth about alcohol and how to get rid of and beyond it is so impactful. The course is comprehensive with so much helpful material. If you know you are done or even thinking maybe you need to stop, start here, the Stop Drinking Expert course is well worth every second and every cent.
