No one to blame but myself. Many factors have contributed. Family, business environment etc. Comforting to know I am not the only one.I am a work in progress but I am loving that I can watch or listen when I need to keep on track.

Purchased the initial audio book for 12.95 and couldn’t stop listening to it. Very informative and puts things into perspective. I’ve been a week without alcohol and have not missed it. I’ve had many opportunities to cave and have a drink but I can hear Craig’s voice and all the things I’ve come to realize about how alcohol was affecting my life and how I don’t want to feel anymore. It’s been an eye opening week. I feel very positive and alive !
