Arrived damaged and without keys. the box it was delivered in was intact, so the damaged mailbox itself was packed and shipped.

Arrived damaged and refund or replacement was refused, even with extra paid shipping protection. Appears to have been damaged even before shipping as the box itself had no signs of damage. Scam company. They also claim to have 5 stars on trustpilot.

My neighbor and I ordered the same mailbox. Both arrived with damage on the sides. Mine had a key broke off in the lock and a broken front door support. The sheet metal is super thin and very flimsy. The hinges and doors are just folded sheet metal without any support. This mailbox is not theft proof any screwdriver will open this with little effort. I also have major concerns how my packages and letters are going to stay dry. It does not appear to be weatherproof. This is just a junk mailbox that has a good marketing team.

I have a special situation where my parcels get soaked from storms that come in. (Porch faces West). I bought the Aspen parcel box- I couldn’t be happier! It is sturdy, modern, attractive- really elevates the look of my home and keeps the packages dry. It holds multiple parcels easily, and I love the combination/ key lock. Looks beautiful- well made, and the address number typeface is GORGEOUS!! Really happy with this purchase. I strongly encourage folks to buy the ‘postal sticker’ in the accessories section. Then go to a crafting store, or order a ‘magnet sheet’ that you can trim with scissors. Reason being, this box looks so COOL - people don’t recognize it as a mailbox. The postal/parcel sticker can be stuck onto the magnet sheet, then you can magnetically place it on the side of the box. If it’s crooked, no big deal- it’s a magnet and you can place it again and again. Or place it on the top. Whatever works best for you. I do think some delivery folks need that visual sign that ‘this is a parcel box, not a planter’. :)

Mailbox looks great. My packages are safe. My mail is dry. Combination lock is a bit finicky but could be user issue. I recommend

Very happy with our mailbox! Delivered quickly and company has checked in on us several times to make sure we are happy. Living on a country road it’s nice to know the mail is secure!

Purchased the Cali Mailbox from Stonemore. My husband is handy and it was no problem to install. Loving it! Looks very sophisticated. Like the concept of retriving mail from the back of the box instead of accessing from the side of the road. Separated compartments for mail and parcels is very convenient as well.

Nice and big for big packages like shoes boxes the only thing I didn’t like isn’t not heavy duty it can bend easily. For the price I was expecting something more durable.
