I thought I ordered 1 large coffee cup - instead I got four small ones I didn't need, although I loved the design. It took a couple days to hashout how to send it back for a refund.

For the price I was just impressed and I am a private chef. I’m always looking for beautiful white dishes, I really just wanted all the plates, but I decided that I will use the little coffee mugs for something else maybe a chocolate pot de creme in there or something. Thank you I ordered 3 more sets ❤️👨🏻‍🍳

I ordered a dinnerware set that I was very excited about and upon receiving unfortunately was not going to work for our family. Had to much of a matte finish. However, costumer service was quick to reply and sent me labels to ship back for a refund.

I made a mistake in what I ordered. Their customer service took care of me right away and they were more than fair in helping me get what I had really wanted in stoneware. Also, the stoneware is beautiful and just as shown on their web site.
