I ordered 8 place settings of dishes and when the box arrived, I immediately wrapped it up for Christmas. Then I thought it was pretty small for 8 place settings. When I contacted you, it was discovered that only 4 place settings were actually sent out. The second set is being set now and should arrive today. Thanks for being so prompt with email.

I received the order busted and I've sent 3 emails but no responds.

My original order was placed through Amazon with a third party, “Healthy Minds and Bodies”. They only shipped HALF of the order and I could not get them to send me the other half (I ordered an 8 piece set of dishes). Amazon finally refunded my payment and I re-ordered through you. At that point everything went smoothly. The order was placed, shipped and received in good condition. Thank you for your prompt service. I love the dishes!

I received the plates in just a few days! Very pleased with them in all aspects! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the way the plates (4 per box) were packed was not adequate to prevent 2 from being scratched. Otherwise love them!

A few scuffs on a couple dishes, none big enough to deal with the hassle of exchange, but still slightly noticeable. Maybe wrap the plates with styrofoam or paper to better protect.

These plates make any meal look way more tasty! Sounds weird, but it true. Food looks way better on these plates compared to my old ones.

So delighted with my new dishes!I ordered 3 sets(black, gray and white) so I could mix them up on my table. Love the weave , texture and unique shapes. They seem durable, but so far I've only hand washed the pieces. Assuming they'll be fine in the dishwasher. One dinner plate arrived with a small corner chip, but they were really good about sending a replacement when I contacted them. I'd definitely recommend this company and pattern if your looking for something just a little different.
