Agree with other reviews. Wish I had read the reviews of this company before ordering. The jacket I ordered looked nothing like pictures. the quality was aweful and the sizing was made for midgets. Offered a 20% discount to buy another jacket rather than refund the one I wanted to send back. I will never use this company again and ai advise anyone else looking at them to avoid at all costs.

TOTAL RIP OFF. The coat shown was not the coat delivered the size chart is totally mythical, When I emails them to return the coat I was offered 20% of another coat which I rejected they have since stonewalled me and will not refund me. TOTAL RIP OFF

This Company is a skam. Their system will not except emails, fact. Contacting them You get another Chinese person who talks fast and can't understand them. They will not cancel an order that has not shipped, because I will not put a down payment on it. I get told that it can't be canceled according to their policies. WHAT ???? for 90 days ??Government lets them even operate ?? STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS !

They broke my snow man to make it fit in the box to ship it in

I keep getting emails for someone called Norma from Stoneberry. Stoneberry are impossible to contact!! I live in the UK, have never contacted Stoneberry for ANYTHING. Absolutely no Customer Service or any joy with their’Contact Us’ link on their emails or their website. I can only assume that other people are blocked from contacting them. Perhaps because I don’t live in the US. It has taken at least 2 years of emails from Stoneberry for me to take to reviews and will go on social media soon in the hope that I don’t receive any more stuff for Norma… Jeeezzz…

I quit doing business with this company. This company will send you catalogs, which I just throw away in the recycling bin. They claim that you have approved credit with them and then they renege on the deal , wanting a full amount! Bad business practices. Most of the items they sell are OVER PRICED and NOT GOOD Quality anyway. I do not recommend.
