I have ordered from Stoneberry before and was excited to get a catalog from them recently. After looking through it though, I found that this company supports the Mike Lindell by selling My Pillow. I will not buy from a company that advertises for this liar.

As I am reading their policy on credit limit increases t hey state a customer is eligible for an increase twice a year. I have had an account with them since September and never missed a payment and always pay more than minimum. But I have yet to see an increase of my credit limit. So my limit is still the same

A lot of the items are not in stock. Great value for the prices. Great to allow credit on their items. Sure helps my budget.

I've ordered from Stone Berry and they was nice to me a lady help me find a heater that I so needed and she was nice and my sister in-law order things from them and it was for Christmas and they nice stuff no hassle or anything I love what I got so far thanks stone Berry

I was a 14-yr., loyal customer. Out of the blue, email promotions from Stoneberry stopped. Their monthly bills continued just fine. Next thing I knew, my last purchase from Stoneberry, my balance was transferred to their Massey online store account, with No Notice, or explanation. Is this Legal..? No answers from their poor customer service dept.. unusual closed Corporate office communications. After a month of trying to get a simple Honest explanation, I filed a complaint with their Wisconsin BBB. Still waiting 6 months! Where did consumers rights go..(?). I wonder, Has Stoneberry 's parent company (Massey's) paid off their states consumer watchdogs, like the Chamber of Commerce, BBB, the Wisconsin State Consumer office..? Beware: Unreliable products, Magnavox Tv, electric fan, RCA portable DVD player,, poor children's jewelry, dangerous Easter products for children. Shoes, slippers must have been seconds. This company Stoneberry, has been sliding down hill for the last 5 years. **Do not shop at Stoneberry, or any of the other online stores under the Massey Corp. umbrella..!

I’ve never done anything directly with Stoneberry but have been receiving bills in the mail for over $500. I’ve also been receiving excessive amounts of junk mail. It all started after shopping at Kohl’s and signing up for Kohl’s rewards so I won’t be doing any of that again. I called to dispute it and was told it would be taken care of by the next department then was transferred to a closed department. This seems like the biggest scam of a company.
