DO NOT JOIN ADOBE STOCK I want to warn everybody to be careful about signing up for free trials. After 4 months of not using this service and paying about 145,16€ for literally nothing (I didn't realise I had activated this service)....: -I am not able to reach customer servicer for cancelling the plan. no email, no phone, no chat... -I cannot delete my credit card (so they can keep charging me) -I cannot cancel my plan unless I pay adicional 127,02€ So that makes 272,18€!! for a service I did not use!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across! I created an account which then signed me up to a free trial without me knowing, and then proceeded to sign me up to a monthly subscription which is did not agree to! I then contacted them to get it refunded and I was just repeatedly offered discounts for the next couple of months, even after repeatedly refusing them and just asking for my money to be refunded and the account cancelled! They would say they were sorting it now and then send me another offer! If you use their online chat services, and you get a guy called Kajal, close it and start again as you will waste about 20 minutes refusing every offer he can come up with!

THe service is rubbish. I tried to register using multiple cards and I did not manage. It keeps failing on submit payment page. THe customer support is simply embarrassing. It is difficult to figure out if they replaces the operators with bots ot the operators are so miserable to behave worst than bots. Beside the total lack of manners, e.g. greeting and introducing themselves, they are totally unable to understand the situation. The best I could get was being "put through" and expert that never connected. After 25 minutes hanging on the chat I left as it was pointless to try to register for such a miserable service.

take me money + more money when i wanted to cancel !

Scammers Put me into a 12 month contract without informing me. Tried to charge me £107 for leaving! If you leave, you lose access to everything you've paid for. I contacted support who waived the fee (after trying to get me to sign up to other plans). Apparently there is also a loophole you can use to cancel. Google: How to Leave Adobe Stock with no cancellation fee I'll never buy anything from adobe again!

Dodgy practises when it comes to their stock subscription. Autorenew your plan each year and if you don't cancel within a short window in the last month, you are consigned to another 12 months subscription under threat of unfair cancellation fees if you wish to leave. Went to cancel a plan only 1 day into the new contract and they were threatening 50% annual cancellation fee. This is unfair and wouldn't hold up under Australian Consumer Law. After much back and forth on the support line, insisting 50% fee was due, they finally backed down and cancelled the plan. This has been going on for years with many disgruntled past users mentioning the same problems online.
