We pride ourselves on customer service, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and on time delivery. We are FDA Class 1 Certified and HubZone Certified by the Small Business Administration.We are, first and foremost a small business. We may be under new ownership, but our main principles are the same. We will answer all calls during our normal business hours as quickly as we can. If we miss your call, we will call you back. We return urgent calls and email inquiries during weekends and holidays as quickly as possible, even when our office is closed. We are here to support you and our products.
