I took the Lead Auditor training with Ms. Chahat. She was fabulous! I learned so much with her. she was competent and very thorough. I would definitely take another course with her.

There was great communication between Justice and I. The training flowed very well and was a very enjoyable learning experience!

Felt like a scam!! Very basic training for an advanced scheduling certification. The trainer would constantly avoid our in-depth scheduling questions and the training was very basic, not even suitable for a college class. We also checked with PMI and found out that this company is not a PMI authorized trainer, which they claimed to be. We also received practice exams which they could have easily gotten from online test databases. They claimed to be a business in the U.S. based in Houston, TX and the address turned out to be a warehouse. A person who coordinated the online training had a U.S. name and never spoke or introduced himself at the training. He would join and leave after 5 mins. On the last day we directed a question at him, he never responded and the instructor said he's probably busy in his office in India. We thought this person who called himself "Austin" was in Texas, not India. We cannot recommend this company to anyone who seeks to get a certification. Do your research first. If you plan to take a PMI exam, please check the PMI directory before fall into these traps. Three individuals attended from our organization spending over $3000 USD for a subpar training. Avoid!

My instructor was Chahat for the Security+ course, she was extremely knowledgeable and allowed for me to ask any questions I needed to. In addition to this she always ensured that I had an understanding of the topics we covered and continuously asked questions about each portion to ensure I retained the information as we went. The class was engaging and felt very open to people that are somewhat new to the environment.

I participated in the ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Training with Dr. Mercury Thomas-Ha. Overall was well presented and and on point. It was difficult to do any of the workshop exercises as I was the only student in the class.

The five-day course covered a significant amount of technical information, yet the structure of the program made the material approachable and manageable. The way the course was organized made it easier to understand the requirements and successfully pass the course. The PECB-developed presentations were extremely detailed and well designed, with clear, practical applications that I can directly use in my day-to-day work. The depth of the content helped reinforce both theoretical knowledge and real-world auditing practices. The course trainer, Rudy, was courteous, highly knowledgeable, and clearly well-versed in the course material. He went above and beyond by providing additional notes that emphasized the importance of key concepts, which served as an excellent study guide. What stood out most was his willingness to visit my facility and align the training content with our actual operations, making the learning experience even more relevant and impactful. Overall, this course was well structured, practical, and expertly delivered. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to gain a strong foundation in ISO 9001 auditing.

I took an in-person training course for an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification. The instructor, Rudy Nieblas, was very knowledgeable and provided great insight on the process. His approach was more of a mentor/coach vs. a traditional instructor. He allowed plenty of time for questions and discussions which made the materials very relatable/practical for real world scenarios.
