Excel Course, Chahat was my instructor, she was very helpful and asked me a lot of questions to make sure that I understood as we went through the training.

ISO/IEC 17025 Lead Implementer Course Feedback Course Delivery: More exercises and practical activities would have made the course more engaging. Much of the course involved going through material that could be read directly from the course notes, which made it unclear what additional value the facilitator-led delivery was providing. For the price of the course, no lunches or morning teas were provided, nor were hard copies of the learning materials supplied as advertised on their website. Communication and feedback from Sterling Next was slow and they did not deliver us any exam material practice for Day 5 of the course. No practice exam material was provided, and the trainer was expected to create this material in her own time. Trainer feedback: Asma was very patient and generous with her time. She was very thorough in teaching the course content. She provided good, constructive feedback to our answers. She was kind and supportive throughout the course and went above and beyond to provide material for us in her own time.

I liked course interaction between the team and trainer. No supports to help during the training session

Didn't expect a one on one, but it was a great surprise. Shrushti was really knowledgable and very patient with my left field questions. We both struggled a bit with each other's accent but Team's autotranscribe saved the day. Also her poor Internet connections didn't help but overall it ran ok. It's a lot of material exposed in a short time, I would have maybe appreciated a tiny more structured approach instead of sprinting through the slides, but I'd rather have a fast pace than going too slow and lose my attention, I guess there is a sweet spot right in the middle and it is different for everyone. Overall great teacher, great personality and great experience.

I had a positive experience working with SterlingNext as a trainer. The team was professional, supportive, and well-coordinated throughout the training process. Communication was smooth, and the overall experience was enjoyable. I look forward to future collaborations.

Very Disappointing CCNA Training – Not as Advertised The CCNA training was completely different from what I expected based on its advertisement. The content was extremely basic and introductory, far below the level of certification preparation I paid for. Despite raising my concerns and requesting a change of instructor, the issues remained unresolved. I requested a refund for the unused training hours, but the company has refused to issue any refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this training to anyone preparing for the CCNA certification.

I really enjoyed the class and thought it was very well taught. I was fortunate to have Shrusti as my instructor, and I could tell right away that she is very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. What I appreciated most was that she didn't just teach the material from the course. Because she actually works in the field, she was able to give me real-world examples and explain how the things I was learning are actually used in real situations. That made a big difference for me and made some of the more difficult concepts much easier to understand. She was also patient, took the time to answer questions, and made sure I understooId the material before moving on. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the class and definitely came away with a better understanding of the material. I would absolutely recommend Shrusti as an instructor.

Sessions were conducted at a good pace, great information, and practice examples. I enjoyed taking mini-practice exams periodically throughout the course.
