ISO/IEC 17025 Lead Implementer Course Feedback Course Delivery: More exercises and practical activities would have made the course more engaging. Much of the course involved going through material that could be read directly from the course notes, which made it unclear what additional value the facilitator-led delivery was providing. For the price of the course, no lunches or morning teas were provided, nor were hard copies of the learning materials supplied as advertised on their website. Communication and feedback from Sterling Next was slow and they did not deliver us any exam material practice for Day 5 of the course. No practice exam material was provided, and the trainer was expected to create this material in her own time. Trainer feedback: Asma was very patient and generous with her time. She was very thorough in teaching the course content. She provided good, constructive feedback to our answers. She was kind and supportive throughout the course and went above and beyond to provide material for us in her own time.
