Very Disappointing CCNA Training – Not as Advertised The CCNA training was completely different from what I expected based on its advertisement. The content was extremely basic and introductory, far below the level of certification preparation I paid for. Despite raising my concerns and requesting a change of instructor, the issues remained unresolved. I requested a refund for the unused training hours, but the company has refused to issue any refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this training to anyone preparing for the CCNA certification.

Felt like a scam!! Very basic training for an advanced scheduling certification. The trainer would constantly avoid our in-depth scheduling questions and the training was very basic, not even suitable for a college class. We also checked with PMI and found out that this company is not a PMI authorized trainer, which they claimed to be. We also received practice exams which they could have easily gotten from online test databases. They claimed to be a business in the U.S. based in Houston, TX and the address turned out to be a warehouse. A person who coordinated the online training had a U.S. name and never spoke or introduced himself at the training. He would join and leave after 5 mins. On the last day we directed a question at him, he never responded and the instructor said he's probably busy in his office in India. We thought this person who called himself "Austin" was in Texas, not India. We cannot recommend this company to anyone who seeks to get a certification. Do your research first. If you plan to take a PMI exam, please check the PMI directory before fall into these traps. Three individuals attended from our organization spending over $3000 USD for a subpar training. Avoid!

Everything about this is a scam. 6 years ago I was contacted on LinkedIn about a project management course that looked interesting. Since then I have never been able to stop them from hounding me. I tried "unsubscribing" but they never acknowledge. Finally after years I responded "can I see pricing information?" and then the bounced me over to presumably a live human. But every email address they've used has been deleted over time. They keep cycling through domain names and all of their LinkedIn profiles have been deleted or taken down. Look for contacts Susan Miller, Nancy Paul, Austin Myles and Srikanth Kocherla. Their website looks fantastic! It's a really well done scam.
