The instructions on My end were not difficult, however despite 4 attempts at processing My I-9 for ABM aviation services I keep getting E-Mails saying it has not been done! My new employer is after Me to complete this task, I have gone to the portal, registered and loaded the information and it is listed as being completed and the next day I get a message from sterling that it needs to be done! What's up???

Looking for a job is stressful. A background check, a standard part of getting a job, shouldn’t be if you have done things the right way. Nevertheless, it’s like going to the dentist. You know you have to do it, but you just want it to be over quickly. Through the course of my check, I had to use support/Sterling needed to reach out to me and the process and exchanges were professional and informative. It really helped to understand what they needed from me and they made it very clear and easy to understand. I was very pleased with their efforts.

Logging in doesn't work correctly with the two factor authentication and if by some miracle it does (tried 12 times) when click to answer the questions, it takes you to an activity page that says nothing is outstanding. When you question this on the helpline, they say you've submitted nothing but then simply read off a script of possible solutions all of which don't help. I'm now waiting for there technical team to call me back to hopefully help with a screen share. My link runs out very soon and I suspect I'll be back at the beginning of the whole process. Good luck to all having to engage with this platform.

It has no respect for others. I'm waiting 10 working days for a simple check to work as a corrier. And today I received an email from the company informing me that STERLING asked me for a document and did not receive my response. I have not received any email from Sterling requesting anything. I enter the portal and have access to nothing. Everything goes wrong. Sterling is a real trash company.

My MVR report keeps coming back as No drive, I call and ask why, they say My paperwork is incorrect, I re submit my paperwork and they still say it is incorrect.
