Had received a email that my background information hadn't been received & I had already sent it so I called to make sure it had been received. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant & found out immediately that my information had be received. Very fast & friendly experience. 😊

The sterling agents were professional being able to assist with any specific questions that I was inquiring about or to resolve that needed further clarification.

The staff was very attentive and patient with permitting me to provide the requirements in order to move my application through. They contacted me when necessary, that way I was aware of any discrepancies and I felt like a participant in the process. It was a collaborative effort on all our parts, and I greatly appreciated that.
