I am not happy, is there anyone out there on client services??answering phones? I called from the desk next to me that is empty so that I could continue to wait on hold to see just how long that they would leave me on there. 1 hour 37 minutes i hung up. I left messages to have someone call me back-nothing. Prior to Covid-19 no problem! If you have people working from home check it.
