A lot of fake reviews on here for this company. Just horrible experience. They can’t do a thing w/o emailing you. They can’t find an updated phone number for a company you provided, they will ask you w2 form to increase your chances or getting an identity theft in the future. Takes super long to complete.

It was refreshing to be able to speak with a representative during my employment verification & screening process. Some of the work software used by TTEC weren't as clear as they should have been. I liked the fact that I was able to reach a human being, who was able to give me assistance to be able to complete their screening process.
