The person who helped me did an amazing…
The person who helped me did an amazing job, I forgot their names sadly. But they did a fanatic job answering my questions and helping me with the problem I was having. Also the person was super friendly and was an actual person and not a machine so that’s a big plus! Overall 10/10 or in this case 5/5 stars.

Awful experience with their service
Awful experience with their service. Asks me to upload the front and reverse of my passport, after having completed this it then doesn't acknowledge the documents to have been uploaded. Then asks for reverse of my residence card (I live in the UK so this isn't a thing) and refuses to let me continue even after uploading the back of my passport for this. Honestly awful, cant get through to customer service after an hour of waiting on the phone. Worst service I've had to use.
