Absolutely useless, they keep asking for the same information and documents over and over and then give some nonsense excuse like they cant open a .jpg file. In this day and age every computer can open that file, absolute muppets working here and no way to speak to management.

I incorrectly added a line item to the employment section to explain my employment gap. I then received an automated request from Sterling to provide a corresponding 1099 form. I contacted the service center to clarify that the line item didn't represent an actual employer. The rep was kind and understanding, but was not empowered to add a note to my application explaining the situation. He had to have a manager call me back, which made it necessary to repeat the whole story again. The manager agreed to add the note to my file. Please consider empowering your 1st line support staff to handle a simple request as adding a note to a file/application. Otherwise, the call and service was fantastic!

My experience with Sterling was great! I had a few questions about my report that they answered. The agent was professional and very knowledgeable about the candidate background process.

The staff pleasant however I recieved an email that my test was not complete and that caused a lot of stress for me.

The interviewing / hiring process in my opinion went smoothly. Including the background check and the drug testing. The only issue or concern that I have is once all of that is completed and you're told, "we believe that you are a good candidate." I'm waiting to hear my position, shift, and start date. It feels like you're being left in limbo and a little unsure if you have the job or not. Although you passed the drug and background check. I'm just ready to get started!

Great customer service the representatives I spoke with kept me in the loop with my concerns. I’m glad FCA used this company for their back ground check and physicals all employers should use Sterling
